Hours: Monday-Friday 11:00AM-2:45PM

Summary:

The Garden Cafe Waitstaff greets customers, takes order and serves food and beverages.

Responsibilities:
  • 1. Answer the phone and take accurate orders in an informative and friendly manner.
  • 2. Perform the functions of Cashier. Accurately recording purchases, and properly making credit card and cash transactions.
  • 3. Clear tables, clean tables and keep work area clean and neat
  • 4. Perform general cleaning duties such as: cleaning counters, walls, spills, glass windows and/or doors of refrigerators or entry doors to the cafe, glass partition doors, coffee pots, silverware, etc.
  • 5. Organize, clean, rotate and refill all display cases and table condiments.
  • 6. Perform other duties as assigned

    Other information:

    EDUCATION:
    High School diploma or Equivalent must read, write, and speak English.

    EXPERIENCE:
    Prior Food Service Experience Preferred

    SPECIAL_SKILLS:
    Good command of English Language.

    PHYSICAL_DEMAND:
    On feet the entire work period. Must be able to carry heavy trays. Moderate to heavy amount of stress during busy times.
    Average restaurant kitchen-dining room environment.
