We are seeking a full time Advanced Practitioner to join our Cardiology team. You will be joining a team of advanced practitioners who provide coverage in hospital and in office. EDUCATION A Master of Science in Nursing and Licensed Nurse Practitioner or graduation from an accredited Physician Associate program required. Certified as a Physician Associate by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates. Both hold a valid Connecticut medical license, Connecticut Controlled Substance Registration and Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) Certification. EXPERIENCE One (1) to two (2) years caring for in patient cardiology patients preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS Excellent clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
