Working under the general direction of the Revenue Cycle Financial Experience Coordinator, the project manager is responsible for all aspects of projects including: work flow analysis, project development efforts, determining systems and technology requirements, coordinating resources, establishing governance structure, documentation, testing and managing communications about the project. Facilitates project planning, tracking costs and schedules, mitigating project risks and ensures the delivered product meets expectations for quality and functionality. Acts as a liaison between vendor representatives, CBS leadership team, IT and individual customers tracking project requests and managing all assigned projects from discovery phase through implementation. Is prepared to communicate and present project status at all times.

EDUCATION
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations Management or Information Technology related field of study is required.
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of project coordination and/or project planning experience preferably in healthcare or management consulting. Experience with data analysis and reporting required. Solid experience in key areas of project management such as scope management, time management, cost management, risk management, lessons learned, and reporting. Experience working with technical and non-technical teams across a broad range of ITS disciplines and business process improvement.
SPECIAL SKILLS
Ability to work with tight deadlines and high pressurized environments. Good experience with MS suite - Excel, Word, MS Project and PowerPoint. Able to facilitate meetings e.g. risk workshops, lessons learned, peer reviews. Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with internal and external stakeholders and clients; Able to work from own initiative, and to work with minimal guidance. Proactive, self-driven approach with the ability to drive others to adhere to project practices. Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities. Excellent organizational/ administration skills. Able to manage multiple priorities. Effective prioritization skills and the ability to communicate deadlines to relevant parties. Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy. Ability to analyze processes and procedures and recommend improvements. Able to follow through delivery of work without step by step instructions.
PHYSICAL DEMAND
Must have the ability and own reliable transportation to travel to various sites across the health system.
