Bachelor's degree in Technology or Computer Science or related disciplines, or sufficient combination of technical training and work related experience (courses in systems analysis and design, DBMS, screen design techniques, forms design, data gathering, oral and written communication).
Five (5) years or more of experience in a variety of programming and analytical activities At least four (4) years of analytical experience; on-line, real time and data base environment Five (5) years of experience leading teams of test specialists Minimum 2 years of experience with the HP ALM /QC tool Experience testing ETL and Data Warehouse technology Experience using the Microsoft BI Stack (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS) Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
Ability to develop complex SQL queries; preferred Ability to find gaps quickly and provide actionable solutions Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; preferred Demonstrate strong understanding of the SDLC/STLC process; preferred In depth knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Adaptability to shift between projects and workload and be productive quickly Ability to quickly learn the application business area and its requirements Strong planning and leadership skills Excellent communicator, will always be working in a team environment with developers, BA's, PM's, and clients Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision and ability to deal with simultaneous tasks, communicate effectively, problem solve, and develop creative solutions to complex problems required. Strong organizational. problem solving and listening skills, attention to detail, innovative thinking and ability to inspire others required. Must possess a high level of customer service skills and participate as strong, collaborative team player .Capable of taking independent leadership role in managing end user relationships. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required.
Ability to work independently in multiple YNHHS locations. Responsible for providing detailed project status on a periodic basis. On call support during non business hours may be required.
