Maintains service areas (i.e., Pizza Warmer, Cold Station, Cookie display case & Dessert Station, etc.) to ensure that the cafeteria's customers are served quality food with good courteous service.
- 1. Prepares, portions and serves food using proper recipe, specifications and guidelines to ensure the cafeteria customers the best quality food service as possible.
- 1.1 Sets up all food service stations using proper specifications and guidelines as outlined by a supervisor/manager with no more than 2 deviations per quarter.
- 2. Maintains appropriate sanitation in service and prep areas to assure a sanitary working environment.
- 2.1 Maintains a "Clean As You Go" attitude and a sanitary work area to provide proper conditions for floor preparation and service for our customers with no more than two (2) deviations per quarter as observed by a supervisor.
High school graduate or equivalent. Must have ability to follow oral and written instructions. Must be able to understand and use Express Salad, entree and sandwich recipes. Ability to work with others.
One (1) to two (2) years food handling experience or equivalent required.
