Qualifications
EDUCATION
MA or MS Degree required, with major coursework in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Management, or Organizational Development.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 10+ years of related experience. Extensive OE/OD background and strong consulting that is balanced between internal and external consulting. Experience facilitating and managing change on a corporate, global or system-wide level. Extensive experience both in developing and leading leadership development programs and other learning initiatives. Establish efforts to develop a culture that embraces and leverages a model of life-long learning and advancement. Must have minimum of 5 years of progressive experience coaching leaders across the system including executives at the highest levels of the organization. Coaching certification from a major college or program preferred. Practice in identifying performance gaps/areas for improvement, as well as implementing appropriate interventions. Extensive consultative and project management experience including management of vendors. Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Experience in conducting succession management sessions and place key leaders in next-level roles. Practice implementing all phases of large-scale projects. Comfortable working with thought leaders who have national or international reputations.
LICENSURE
Coaching certification required.

PHYSICAL DEMAND
