Develops, implements, updates and maintains Respiratory Department databases, billing and patient charges and supply inventory. Formats computer reports based on input from supervisor. Ensures that all billing and charges are accurate and entered on a timely basis for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Associate Degree Required; preferably Business Administration. Bachelors Degree prefer.
Minimum of 2-3 years of Office Administration Experience; specifically in Health Care Operations.
Monday through Friday. 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Windows XP, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task required Bilingual skills preferred- (Spanish)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. They are occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. They are occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
