Provides a wide variety of assistance and coordination in Regulatory Planning responsibilities, to ensure that Planning Department functions effectively at the System and Delivery Network level reporting to the Vice President , Strategy and Regulatory Planning.
Bachelor's Degree. Actively pursuing Master's degree in Health Care Management or related field.
Experience in a hospital, integrated delivery system or community provider settings preferred, but not required.
Familiar with integrated health care systems, hospitals, community health and quality improvement processes.
High degree of initiative, organization and perceptiveness. Excellent written and oral communications skills , interpersonal skills, analytical skills and creativity. Ability to operate in a continually changing and often high-pressure environment. Knowledge of information systems. Proficiency with word -processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages.
Successfully accomplishes the assigned projects. Asks for assistance if needed to move a project forward .
Proactively identified issues and inform the Director as necessary.
Exercises some independent judgment to perform duties and in dealing effectively with Hospital, system and external personnel. Prepares a variety of reports involving the collection, compilation and analysis of exhibits and data. Works frequently under pressure of deadlines. Participates as a full member of the Strategic Planning Team.
