Summary:
This 2-year rotational program presents exciting opportunities to explore the multifaceted nature of business, finance, and strategy in the healthcare industry. YFMP participants will enjoy exposure to the patient financial experience, financial planning and reporting, budgeting, accounting, and treasury functions.

Responsibilities

  • 1. 1. Project work to include:
    • 1.1. Prepare PowerPoint presentations
    • 1.2. Create Excel financial analysis
    • 1.3. Develop a broad range of healthcare management skills
    • 1.4. Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION: 

Bachelor's degree in a business-focused major required.

EXPERIENCE: 
Demonstrate leadership ability in academic studies, employment or extracurricular activities.

LICENSURE: 
none required

SPECIAL_SKILLS: 
Possess strong interpersonal, teamwork skills, strong analytical, and written/verbal communication skills. Demonstrate YNHHS values of patient-centered care, respect, compassion, integrity, and accountability.

 

ACCOUNTABILITY:
The YFMP participants will report to Corporate Finance Leaders and the departmental managers where assigned

 

COMPLEXITY: 
Position requires continuous performance of duties and functions in accordance with the 2-year rotational program.
