Performs manual and clerical duties related to the receipt of supplies and equipment shipped to the Hospital, plus delivery of same to designated departments. Also performs necessary duties related to the shipping of merchandise from the Hospital. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
Healthcare receiving and tow motor operation preferred.
LICENSURE
Must have a current driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
HOURS
Full time; 5:00am-1:30pm
PHYSICAL DEMAND
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds. The specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions, wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold or extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts; toxic or caustic chemicals.
