Responsibilities

• 1. Greet customers, take orders and serve food and beverages, in an informative and friendly manner.
• 2. Answer the phone and take accurate orders in an informative and friendly manner.
• 3. Perform the functions of Cashier: Accurately record purchases, and properly complete credit card and cash transactions.
• 4. Work in the kitchen doing food preparation and service.
• 5. Perform general cleaning duties such as cleaning counters, walls, spills, glass windows and/or doors of refrigerators or entry doors to the cafe, coffee pots, etc..
• 6. Properly receive and store food and supply deliveries.
• 7. Organize, clean, rotate and refill all display cases and table condiments.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or Equivalent must read, write, and speak English.

EXPERIENCE

Prior Food Service Experience Preferred

SPECIAL SKILLS

Good command of English Language.

PHYSICAL DEMAND

On feet the entire work period. Must be able to carry heavy trays. Moderate to heavy amount of stress during busy times. Average restaurant kitchen-dining room environment.
